Doctor's plan. Doses below are what the doctor confirmed — update this list after every visit.
Tap a medicine to see what it does and its care notes.
Ba's day, hour by hour. Green dots carry medicine.
MORNINGThyroid ↔ Iron — 4 hours apart
Iron ↔ Tea — 2 hours apart
Metformin — always with food
🌿 Soaked methi seeds in the morning help modestly — the doctor knows she takes them. Tea with sugar-free is fine, twice a day.
Creatinine + potassium (2 wks after telmisartan)
TSH (thyroid dose fine-tuning)
HbA1c + lipids + hemoglobin (the big verdict)
Still to book: urine ACR · retina eye exam
What to do when it matters.
· Slurred or jumbled speech, face drooping — even if it passes
· One side of body weak or numb
· Low sugar that won't come up, or can't wake her
· Chest pain or heavy breathlessness
Shaky, sweaty, confused talk → check sugar
Below 70 → 3 tsp glucose or sugar in water
Recheck in 15 min · repeat once · tell doctor
Too drowsy to swallow? Nothing by mouth — hospital.
· Skip dapagliflozin and metformin that day
· Never skip insulin without calling the doctor
· Fluids often + sugar checks every few hours
Pain? Paracetamol only — her kidneys must be protected.
